Hello & thank you for taking a moment to learn more about me! My name is Courtney Fox Osborne and I live in the Olde Towne Daphne community of our AL Eastern Shore. I’m a New Orleans native that enjoys serving clients in both Baldwin & Mobile County, thanks to the diverse atmospheres each county offers. (Both sides of the Mobile Bay are filled with fantastic, local talent, music & food!) I hold a B.A. in Mass Communications & Journalism from The University of Southern Mississippi- a degree that has served useful in our current world of social media, digital marketing and steady flow/desire for relevant information. Following college, I worked as a recruiter for my USM alma mater & later began my real estate career while living amid the foothills of Ft. Collins, CO. (Yes, I love both the mountains AND the beach!)
In 2007, as the real estate climate changed, I returned to my Southern roots, and helped grow a motor coach-resort development into a surprisingly prosperous business. I’ve been a licensed Realtor since 2012 and today work with Buyers and Sellers in Mobile & Baldwin County... or as Twitter describes, #MobileToTheBeach;) I believe my greatest strength is my ability to connect with new clients that are unfamiliar with our neighboring counties and introduce them to our distinct coastal communities. If you are relocating, my goal is to help you discover which side of the Bay or style of living best suits your spirit, budget and homeownership needs.
My hobbies include running with the local Bay Area Running Club, philanthropy work with Camp Rap-a-Hope, and spending time with my husband (Daphne Elementary 3rd grade teacher) and 4-yr-old son, Fox. I’m honored to have represented the AL Eastern Shore in the 2018 Boston Marathon and am currently training for my next race on Sept 8, 2019 in Erie, PA.
Thank you again for taking time to learn more about me. I'm excited to be a part of your real estate journey & look forward to our first introduction!
